Banana Powder Porridge

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons raw banana powder
- 1 cup water or milk (use water for babies under 1 year)
- ½ teaspoon ghee (optional for babies above 8 months)
- Sweetener: jaggery syrup, dates powder, or none for babies below 1 year
Method
- Mix banana powder with cold water or milk in a saucepan, stirring to remove lumps.
- Place on low flame, stirring continuously.
- Cook 5–7 minutes until thick and smooth.
- Add ghee for flavor and richness.
- Sweeten naturally if desired, but skip for babies.
Tip: For adults, add nuts, cinnamon, or protein powder. Start with a runnier consistency for babies.
